You can download them from here. This is a package of all pre-install cabs and it does include the GPS Viewer. It was posted yeterday in reply to a request about a keyboard. It should still be a valid link but id not, let me know and I will upload it for you.

Hi,
GPS Viewer is just that, a satellite viewer and it shows you the number of sats.
Satellite Data Update is Acer / ETEN's method of updating the satellite postions and data required for a quick fix in your GPS app.
QGPS, I have not used but I would imagine it is another downloader to speed up apps that use GPS. I belive TomTom uses Quick GPS for faster lock, I use the acer version, works for me.

It's very much as Sathelp said above.
SatelliteDataUpdate downloads almanac data about the satellite positions from a server so that the GPS chipset will be able to get a fix faster. You could download that data to a PDA with no onboard GPS chipset - but it would be no use unless you connected an external GPS such as a bluetooth GPS receiver to the PDA.
GPSViewer is an application to display the position that the onboard GPS chipset receives. It will also show you which satellites are being received, and synchronise your DX900's time with the satellite clock. You can't use GPSViewer if you don't have a GPS receiver. I expect it would work if you hooked up a bluetooth GPS but I don't know for sure because I've only ever used it on my DX900.
I don't know QGPS, but it is similar in function to SatelliteDataUpdate i.e. dowloading almanac data from a server to speed up the satellite fix.

thanks Sathelp and MattC.
i think both SatelliteDataUpdate is same with QGps
(in HTC HD, there's one software call Quick GPS, which i think also the same)
may i know how long need to connect with internet to get the update info?
my qgps only need to reconnect in 6 days,
and the lastest QGPS2.01 can get 10days data,
that no need always update.
(PS i just find Q-GPS 2.5,not sure is it ok)
thanks again.

Dear alls
I've tried.
and both satellitedataupdate and qgps data is 7day data.
the advance of satellitedataupdate is that it have a schedule to get the update info,
qgps must by manual everytime.
for me,
i will use back Qgps due to smaller programme size(just 138kb)
thanks
