I have an extracted SYS from original IoLite rom.
I found it here (post 15)
http://forum.xda-dev...d...6828&page=2

Yes this is the ROM...

Let's search for the cause...

Try the following:-
- Delete *.hv "user.hv + default.hv" in OS\Metadata or you can keep the Metadata folder from x600 original ROM

Update:
- V5 will have the original bluetooth drivers "hope this will fix jabra headset problem" - V5 test2 ROM coming soon

I have done this already. I build the rom with original metadata folder from official x600 rom, but I have the same result.

- Make sure you really replaced .ROM + .VM folders with x600 original ROM "the kitchen should G'Reloc the SYS by itself!"
- The romhdr.bin in os\rom is from your x600 ROM.
- If still same problem try using my X500 kitchen "both x500 and x600 are qvga" and replace OEM folder with your X600 OEM and .ROM + .VM folders of your X600 ROM and your ported xip

other than that - I'm lost!

Ok, I will try with your kitchen, and as soon as I have some results I will post again.
Thanks for your help.

EDIT:

First attempt with your kitchen have some progress. I replaced OEM, .ROM, .VM folders with X600 rom's. I replaced also XIP folder and romhdr.bin with my ported xip.
I didn't replace the SYS folder except above folders, and keep yours.
Result: The rom boots, but very slowly(3-4 minutes), and after that I haven't phone at all and I cannot enable it, gives an error message:
A wireless radio must be attached to use the phone.
I don't bother, cause I did this just for testing, but I give you these info in case are helpful for you.

I believe I forget to mention something...

Add the following values into boot.rgu in your os\xip "please don't use notepad - use something better such as editpad lite i.e." :-

@ dancer_69:
This a good sign. Now try with your ported Iolite SYS.... "Review what's in package folder and remove which is not applicable ; delete all better"

@ antoniog:
OK.. The cab will be part of the ExtROM... in V5 :package:

Update:
So far V5 "Semi-Official Ver." will include:
- Original WM6 X500 Bluetooth drivers
- New Eten Wireless Manager with links fixed "GPS Button points to GPSViewer [working version]"
- Voice Command "from Latest Diamond ROM"
- The new SDHC Driver
- Different registry tweaks
- ExtROM [FMTuner, GPSViewer and SDExtROM UC]
- Else?

In fact nothing works now, no bluetooth, no gps, no wifi.
And I cannot flash to previous rom. I tried to flash from sd card with
the unlocked "USBDLUpdate_Console.exe" but I take an errom message:
OS its not competatible with this hardware

Ooops...

I forget to mention the kva folder side... Did you replace it's content with X600 Content?

To make things clear lets prepare your Kitchen:
- Using Kva folder > Extract your X600 official ROM "Copy temp.dat to kva folder and run extract.bat."
* Delete boot.dat, ipl.dat, knight.dat, usbdl.dat, gsm1.dat, gsm2.dat (if they available) from folder Kitchen\Kva\ROM, cause we do not want these parts to be in The ROM later.
* Delete Kitchen\Kva\ROM\OS\FAT\minios.bin (if available), cause in most cases you will not need it.
* Copy Kitchen\Kva\ROM\OS\FAT\imgfs.bin to KITCHEN\os\IN\imgfs.bin
* Copy Kitchen\Kva\ROM\OS\FAT\xip.bin to KITCHEN\os\IN\xip.xprs

- Make sure you have romhdr.bin file from your x600 official ROM inside Kitchen\os\ROM folder
Now you'll need to use the unlock from:

This unlock I used and I cannot flash.
As for the the kitchen instructions, I will follow them when I'll have access to
my pc(I cannot right now).
Major problem for now is that I cannot flash my device to my
previous workable rom, neither with the unlocked flash file from http://eten-users.eu...showtopic=10462

Hi Rugal,

I am currently using your M2D Version V4. I am very happy with that version except the following:

1. A program ( dont know which one, and I havent' started one in addition) always tries to connect via GPRS. Automatic wheather update is switched off.
2. GPRS provider info is not automatically read from the provider chip. You have to type in the provider information and disapeared once.

Are you also planning to provide V5 as a M2D Version. I would like to install this version asap.

Excellent work
